Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholder in a timely and clear fashion.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Risk assessment and reporting
• Provides expert technical leadership to the development team
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Plan, track and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.(MS Project)
Qualification:
• A minimum of ten years’ experience in management of software projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory
• A background combining post-graduate education, hands-on design or development experience, and project management at a senior level, including experience in managing the business aspects of software projects, leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience in handling aerospace and MRO Projects
• Good written and oral communication
